How much is your home worth?

If you are thinking of selling your home, you'll need to know exactly what it is worth before putting it on the market. As an Oakland/Piedmont area real estate professional, I analyze home values and determine market prices every day. To prepare an analysis, I use a two-step process.

Step 1: I will make an appointment to visit your home to determine what amenities your home has, what improvements you have made since you have owned it, and walk through your home looking at it the way a Buyer would. I take the information that I have gathered and compare your home to recent sales and other, similar homes on the market in your area.

Step 2: I make a second appointment with you to review the comparable sales data and give you a range within which I think your home would sell if you were to put it on the market today. This analysis is known as a "Comparative Market Analysis", or CMA.
